Covid19 Virus Update 9-7-2020
Michelle and I wanted to give all of you a heads up on what is going on with regards to The GhostHunter Store and Haunted Explorations Events during the coronavirus pandemic. We are based in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and while things are opening back up in limited capacities it is important to remember there is still an ongoing pandemic adversely affecting various parts of the country as well as overseas parts suppliers.
Shipping times posted on products may not be accurate due to the many problems that this unforeseen situation has caused. Some companies are still having difficulty getting parts at the speeds they were used in prior to January 2020. As you can imagine many of the electronics come from overseas, so those shipping channels are currently clogged and backlogged. Many of the companies that make electronic parts are in China which was closed for 4 months. There may be a backlog of orders because of the parts coming in so slowly. Other companies may not experience any slowdown at all. It is unique to different companies depending on what the make and how they make it. We ask for your patience and understanding. We are all in the same boat.
You may experience delays shipping through the Postal Service, UPS, and every other shipping companies. Many of them are still suspending their delivery time frame guarantees. This is due to being shorthanded and an increase in volume. If you ever need something by a certain date, we can usually make that happen, but we need to know as soon as possible, preferable before or at the time of the order.
If something is out of stock, we will let you know and have it listed on the website as out of stock. Many orders will take longer to arrive than is listed on the website so if you need something by a certain date please let us know ASAP. Some companies were harder hit by the parts backlog, but they are all doing their best to fill all orders as quickly as possible. Most of these companies are individuals that build these items work a full times job and do this in their spare time. We thank everyone for your patience, understanding and support.

We hope we can count on your patience and understand any delivery delays that may occur because of the ongoing situation. All the companies involved in producing and supplying paranormal equipment will appreciate that patience as well as your continued support.
