Shipping Policy

Processing time for in stock orders takes 1-2 days.  Each item has is average shipping time.  Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express. We ship international packages via USPS Priority International Mail. We ship orders everyday Monday through Friday. This excludes weekends and Holidays. USPS takes 1-3 days once shipped to anywhere in the USA and is delivered on Saturdays as well. At special request we can ship USPS Express Shipping via USPS as long as the item is not a custom built or modified item. Express and takes 1-2 days depending on where you are located and this can ship on Saturdays before 12pm. We are based in PA.

Custom Built or Hand Modified Orders

These do take longer than average shipping times especially during peak seasons and these shipping times are listed with each item.

Back Order Items and Partial Shipments
We get our items from manufacturers and suppliers directly and sometimes items are backordered. In those cases we do try to ship the order it partial shipments so you don’t have to wait for everything. We have some manufacturers ship the items right to you to get it to you quicker.

Damaged or Stolen Shipments
We are not responsible for packages damaged by the US Postal Service or UPS. We are not responsible for packages that the postal service delivers to your address and that are stolen from there.   We will however work with you to get the insurance claim filed and get you a replacement product.

Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".    However, there are items that have warranties given by the builder or manufacturer and they are all honored.   The 30 days refund policy is not applicable to items with  a warranty.  Items under warranty are repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the product.

 

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.   

Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.    Items with warranties must contact us prior to the warranty expiring.   Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
