Shipping, Refunds & Returns
Processing time for in stock orders usually takes 1-2 days. Each item has is average shipping time which is listed at the bottom of the items description. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express. We ship international packages via USPS Priority International Mail. We ship orders everyday Monday through Friday. This excludes weekends and Holidays. USPS takes 1-3 days once shipped to anywhere in the USA and is delivered on Saturdays as well. At special request we can ship USPS Express Shipping via USPS as long as the item is not a custom built or modified item. Express and takes 1-2 days depending on where you are located and this can ship on Saturdays before 12pm. We are based in PA. UPDATED POLICY 5/1/21 - If you billing address and shipping address is different we must speak with you and verify the order. If we cannot get in touch with you the order will be cancelled.
If you need something by a certain date please let us know. We can quite often make it happen if its possible.
Custom Built or Hand Modified Orders
These do take longer than average shipping times especially during peak seasons and these shipping times are listed with each item. Custom and modified items are built specifically for your order.
Back Order Items and Partial Shipments
We get our items from manufacturers and suppliers directly and sometimes items are backordered. Since items come in stock and then fly right out the door minutes later, there are times when an item is on back order but the website did not update to show it yet. In those cases we do try to ship the order it partial shipments so you don’t have to wait for everything. We have some manufacturers ship the items right to you to get it to you quicker.
Damaged or Stolen Shipments
We are not responsible for packages damaged by the US Postal Service or UPS. We are not responsible for packages that the postal service delivers to your address and that are stolen from there. We will however work with you to get an insurance claim filed if possible.

Our Shipping May be on Time However it's Up to the Shipping Companies USPS and UPS to get it there in time. Both have had posted delays and suspension of delivery time guarantees since April 2020. These delays are due to employee shortages due to covid19. As of Feb 2021 they seem to be caught up in most areas but there are still some unexpected delays.
Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Contact us to get an return authorization. At after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange, warranty repair/replace or store credit. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" and with original packaging except for defective items and warranty issues. Items under warranty are repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the product. Warranties on items can vary for 30 days to lifetime coverage. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We carry items that are custom built and made to order just for the customer. Those items have warranties given by the builders or manufacturer and they are all honored. Custom items may be repaired, replaced or given store credit depending on the product. The builders of the custom made to order items, like items by Paranologies, GotchaGhost, Deezghosts, CPT, NCPD and others are paid for their work immediately after the order is placed with us so they can buy parts and whatever is needed to complete the order. We cannot give refund on orders of custom, built to order items unless the builders reimburses us for the order. These are their policies but we do work with you to resolve an issues that may arise. We will not stop working until the order is fulfilled or reimbursed.
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way in original packaging
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.
Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Failure to contact us may be assessed at 20% restocking fee. Items with warranties must contact us prior to the warranty expiring. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
